We will accept electronic artwork in PC format that has been created as vector art in one of the following industry standard programs:

Adobe Illustrator (Version 9.0 or earlier) - Convert all fonts to outlines and save as .ai , .ps or .eps file.

CorelDraw - Convert all fonts to curves and save as .cdr file or export as .ai, .ps or .eps file.

Quark Express - include all of the needed fonts or images.

Make sure your images are at least 600 DPI, size as or larger (200%)

Send as an Email attachment to , or on floppy disk, Zip 100 disk, or CD Rom.

Please observe the following guidelines:

• Always send a hard copy of your artwork for comparison (this can be faxed to 210-509-9447).

• Please include your company name, address, phone number with area code, purchase order number, and file name of the artwork with all files sent as an Email attachment.

• Multiple-color orders require color separated art with registration marks.

Artwork submitted in any other format will be subject to separate charges.  Add one business day to production time.

There is no art charge for straight-line type.  We have an extensive font library.
